Over the course of 28 days considered as Donnie turns everyone lives in his head, and witnesses may be only things in your darkest dreams. Jake Gyllenhaal (The Day After Tomorrow, October Sky) is a troubled teenager brilliant. Gives the best performance of his career. Mary McDonnell (Independence Day) is Donnie mother with the same dedication and brilliance no mother would.If you havent yet seen Donnie Darko, place it on top of your list to see!
